Acceptable use policy

What you and your users may not do with the Tessera service.

Not permitted

  • Using the service for anything unlawful, including processing personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Uploading malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights or that you have no right to hold.
  • Attempting to access another organisation's workspace, to probe or test the security of the service without written permission, or to interfere with its operation.
  • Sharing sign-in credentials, or allowing a person who is not a member of your organisation to use a user account.
  • Reselling the service or using it to provide a bureau service to third parties without our written agreement.

What happens if the policy is breached

We may suspend the affected user accounts or the workspace while the matter is investigated, and may end the subscription for serious or repeated breaches. We will tell the workspace administrators what we have done and why, unless the law prevents it.
